Breakfast television has been rife with controversy these days and Network Ten’s Studio 10 has been no exception.
Kerri-Anne Kennerley, one of the six hosts of the show, made headlines over the last few days for her racist remarks made about the Invasion Day protest.
Yumi Stynes, television and radio presenter, sat in as a guest host on that day and called Kennerley out for being racist which sparked praise from many viewers.
The two got into such a heated debate which left the other panellists stunned, and although they tried to defuse the situation, it got out of hand.
This debate got so much backlash that protestors gathered around Network Ten yesterday morning and called for the breakfast show host to apologise and be sacked.
