These pies that look like human faces will make you lose your appetite

If you plan on serving these to your guests, you might want to give them a… heads up.

Over on Etsy, online store ‘It Came From Under My Bed’ has created pies that resemble human faces. The treats are called People Pot Pies, and they’re not actually edible, which is a relief.

Made to be purely decorative, the clay and latex pies come complete with realistic (too realistic, if you ask me) facial features, such as bloodied eye sockets and parted lips. You can even request for hair, teeth, and tongue to be added for free.

According to artist Ashley Newman, the owner of the Etsy store, the pies have quickly sold out, but she’s working hard to meet demand.

“Needless to say this pie thing has gone insane,” she said. “I am literally paying my daughter to help check messages.”

There are also a lot of other creepy items for sale on her Etsy page too, like props of severed tongues, ears, fingers, and even penises. Head (ha!) on over here to see more.
