Ferrero wants you to move to Italy and eat chocolate for a living

So, where do I send my CV?

The Ferrero company – the maker of popular brands like Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac mints, and Kinder – is in search of 60 sensory judges who will taste-test their products.

The successful candidates will move to the company’s HQ in the idyllic town of Alba in Italy’s Piedmont region. Once settled, they will undergo a paid, three-month training course in September wherein they’ll sample various products and develop their senses of taste and smell.

At the end of the program, 40 sensory judges will be chosen to make up two tasting panels, and will be hired on a long-term contract with a part-time commitment of two days per week.

There will be plenty of days off work too, so there will be time to see the rest of the countryside, not to mention time to burn all those calories at the gym.

According to a local publication, this is the first time Ferrero is hiring non-professionals, so anyone can apply. If you’re interested in applying, you can send a message them here using the reference code ALB01 in the subject line.
