Salvador Dali might have been known for being a great artist, but now he can be also known for one other thing: being an action figure.
Quebec-based art website ‘Today is Art Day’ continues to promote art history with its collection of artist-inspired dolls. Previously, they put out Vincent Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, and the Old Masters. Now, they’ve come up with a figure that resembles the prominent Surrealist painter.
The five-inch toy features Dali wearing a red coat and clutching his signature cane on one hand, and holding his famous melting clock on the other. It doesn’t come with his pet anteater, but it does come with three interchangeable mustaches.
That’s not all. The set comes with a tiny easel and a few of his works, including his most iconic one, Persistence of Memory.
As of writing, the action figure has already surpassed its funding goal on Kickstarter in the first few days of its campaign. That’s pretty surreal. If you want one, head on over here.
