The #GetOutChallenge is the latest trend on the internet

The new film Get Out has inspired all sorts of people to jump on board with the latest viral challenge.

The #GetOut challenge involves someone running straight at a camera, mimicking a scene from movie wherein Chris (the lead character) steps out for a cig. He then sees Walter (a groundskeeper) coming at him in full sprint but veers off the path just before they collide.

The scene was parodied by Facebook user Kira Donna and a friend. This saw her gaining 3.5 million views within only four days. The challenge has since gone viral along with the box office success of the film.

Unsurprisingly, celebrities are picking up the trend, with Stephen Curry to be one of the first to re-do the scene.

At this point, the challenge seems pretty harmless and very entertaining. What’s next, 2017?
