The account is run by journalist and author Emily Reynolds and posts multiple times daily with tips and nice titbits that are important to those suffering from mental health disorders.
Reynolds herself was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder at the age of 23, and is the author of the book A Beginners Guide To Losing Your Mind. The book presents a real-life guide to dealing with your own mental health.
This account is the latest in a line of Twitter bots which restore your faith in humanity by dishing out daily helpful tweets.
In this case, they remind readers to look after themselves and stay positive.
