A pop-up London restaurant where you pay for meals by exercising

Have you ever wished that you could smash that giant cheeseburger while staying healthy and fit and pay minimum prices? Now you can.

This new cafe owned by David Lloyd named “Run for your Bun” is very self-explanatory. You’ll get your meal free as long as you complete the required exercise amount.

Forget taking your date out for a meal and paying with cash or card. You’ll now need to get down and pay with pushups, sit-ups, and squats!

The routine is pretty simple. You select your meal which then prompts you to complete a circuit which has been put together by David Lloyd club personal trainers. Each workout is designed to burn 150 calories on average and is high intensity and muscle toning.

Exercising in a cafe

With studies showing British office workers sit down seven hours a day (that’s about 65 days a year), the cafe was put up as a reminder to have a more active lifestyle.
