Sarah Hardy, a food artist from Essex in England, creates chocolates that look so much like human hearts, toads, and bugs. Sounds yummy!
After making a chocolate spine for Mick Jagger, Sarah has grown her collection of museum quality reproductions in chocolate and now includes fossils, insects, and sea life. Previously, we featured two of her realistic replicas, chocolates that resemble teeth from Megalodon and Tyrannosaurus-Rex.
At her shop, The Edible Museum, Sarah sculpts and paints until these gruesome confections fool the eye and taste incredible too. Sarah is currently crowdfunding to be able to put up a small studio where she can make more lifelike sweets. You can head on over here to support her project.
