You can now send your friends an envelope of the night sky

You might not be able to give your BFFs the world, but at least you can send them the starry night sky.

Japan Trend Shop is selling envelopes that contain entire galaxies inside them. Once your friend neatly opens the package and removes its contents, have them look inside. As light enters the envelope, the constellations light up, giving the receiver something extra to their hand-written note.

The price of having the night sky in the palm of your hands? Oh, just about $83 for five pieces – or $16 or so per envelope.

You could also buy them individually for $10 at Kaminokousakujo’s online store.
