Take your fish on walks with this backpack aquarium

Now you’ll never have to leave your fish home alone ever again. Introducing: the Aquarium Backpack.

Made by artists Brad Troemel and Joshua Citarella, the backpack does exactly what you think. It’s made out of clear vinyl that lets you see the goldfish, rocks, snails, and plastic plants living inside. They also claim it’s self-cleaning, saving you the hassle of scouring a bag full of fish poop.

I don’t know. This sounds… fishy. Their Etsy page doesn’t exactly say how it works. Judging from the $500 price tag, this is probably more of conceptual art than real product.

Guess your goldfish will have to wait a bit longer to walk in the park. Sigh.
