Last week, we saw British supermarket Tesco (or a sneaky Tesco prankster) suggest shoppers buy cans of whipped cream because it was ‘ideal for Valentine’s‘. You know, for G-rated sundaes.
This week, Tesco (or the prankster who frequents the store) decided whipped cream wasn’t the only thing ideal for a romantic Valentine’s Day.
Yup, that’s a picture of Tesco cucumbers. Imagine what you can do on V-Day with a Tesco cucumber, people! All sorts of… salads… and tzatziki sauces.
While the strategically placed sign is making us laugh, it’s the comments on Twitter that are really making us roll over.
What next? Apple pies? Salami?
