This birthday card has been reused by two brothers for over 40 years

Reddit user ‘venusreincarnate’ recently posted photos of a decades-old Peanuts birthday card that’s become a family tradition between his dad Jeff and his uncle Ron.

The card, which was first used back in 1973, has a photo of Linus on the front, with him saying, ‘This is the age of ecology’. Inside, it contains the instructions: ‘Don’t throw this card away, recycle it to a friend’. And so that’s what Jeff and Ron have been doing since: giving the card back-and-forth on each other’s birthdays.

Just to tally, that’s about 84 exchanges and a lot of greeting cards saved up!
