Indulge your inner art snob with Star Trek masterpieces, created without a single paint brush

There are those of us who appreciate Star Trek with movie posters and collectibles. But now there’s an entirely new way of showing our appreciation for those aboard the USS Enterprise.

These paintings might just look like abstract images to some, but to Trekkies, you’ll know straight away what each paint stroke symbolizes. Jeff Foster is behind these masterpieces, a talented artist who is classically trained in the arts with a BFA in illustration. He’s worked on a variety of mediums, from urethane painting on racecars to mural work on stucco. His Star Trek paintings use palette knives alone – no brushes at all!

You can see more of Jeff Foster’s work (and pick up a few Trekkie prints for the home), here.
