Black and white pictures of loved-up couples in the heart of Paris

There’s nothing quite like a stroll through Paris with the one you love. Photographer Peter Turnley knows this all too well and created a photo book called French Kiss – A Love Letter to Paris, detailing the romance of everyday Parisians.

The book features 40 years of photography from Turnley’s adopted, and shows just how romantic the City of Light really is.

From casual encounters in sidewalk cafes to public embraces along the Seine, these couples sure know how to make the rest of us look like slobs when it comes to matters of the heart!

Peter Turnley also teaches workshops on street photography and the photo essay in Paris, Cuba, New York, Mumbai, Venice, Sicily, and Lisbon. I can only hope to attend one of those classes!
