The latest series of Flying Houses by French photographer Laurent Chehere shows, you guessed it, more liberated houses flying high up in the sky. But this time, he has added occupants – some bewildered, others pensive, and one fearful for her life.
Chehere said his works are inspired by his wanderings in the hidden neighbourhoods of Paris and his love of cinematic history. The results are some manipulated images of surreality that seductively invite the viewer to get lost in his world of wonder and wandering.
