Obama, Putin, and other world leaders are turned into desktop speakers

The Sound of Power’ is a collection of desktop speakers inspired by the busts of five world leaders. Created by Russian artist Petro Wodkins, the porcelain speakers look like Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong-Un, Muammar Gaddafi, and Robert Mugabe.

To have Kim Jong-Un sing to you your favorite songs would be amusing albeit weird, but according to Wodkins, the pleasure lies in having these powerful, influential voices follow the commands of its user. Just imagine Putin singing along to songs about LGBT rights. Who’s the boss now!

‘This collection includes figurines of six men who, in their own way, played the world as an instrument and made countries and continents alike march to the beat of their metaphorical drums. We ask you not to get angry, but instead get even’.

Each speaker will set you back a hefty $1,100. You can even have a custom-made bust of yourself! These politicians, even when they’re not taking money from us, they’re still taking money from us! Take our money now, please!
