This extraordinary photo shows a random splash of seawater, magnified 25 times

It would be fair to say that we have a thing for magnified photos on Lost At E Minor. And can you blame us? Who knew that a single grain of sand could look so vibrant under an intense lens, or that dust could harbour so many colourful elements? This incredible photo shows what you really get when you scoop up a bucket of seawater. It’s called plankton, friends, and it consists of crab larva, fish eggs, marine worms, and more.

In partnership with our friends at Glenmorangie, Lost At E Minor presents the second episode in the We Are The World We Create podcast series, dedicated to celebrating those people, and their exceptional creations, that help make the world a more interesting place. In this episode, Bigsy speaks to Masterchef contestant, Reynold Poernomo, and street artist Brad “Beastman” Eastman, and delves into why dessert is everyone’s favourite course and how being a street artist can change how you perceive the world.
