Like a good pop-up or closed-door restaurant, there is a bit of mystery around Bob’s Bitters. But the clandestine nature only adds to the appeal, of course. Hailing from the UK – or so it seems – this newly re-designed range is a throwback to classic flavors made from a culinary perspective. Rather than mashing-up spices and botanicals, Bob’s focuses on one single ingredient of elixir-like tastes from lavender to ginger, cardamom to grapefruit. Mixologists are wild for the bottles – and have taken to requesting bespoke flavors, too – which are making their way into stellar cocktails at London’s hottest bars. Or so we hear.
