Hokke Case: hold all your essentials in a grilled fish

Who needs the latest Chanel or Hermes when you can hold all your essentials in a grilled fish? Well, sort of. Thanks to the, erm, clever folks at Japan’s Ito Manufacturing, you too can rock this one-of-a-kind Hokke Case.

Hokke — also known as atka mackerel — is often served up at Japanese style pubs, izakaya, where it is freshly grilled on the outside then butterflied for serving alongside some sake or beer. And not to be anything less than über authentic, this case also sports a char-grilled exterior that zips open to reveal an all-too realistic cooked interior. Just be careful not to take a bite.
