Thriller by CPDRC prisoners

This is one of the more bizarre aspects of the legal system. More than fifteen hundred inmates at the CPDRC prison in Cebu, Philippines, take to the exercise yard and give us their best shot at Jacko’s Thriller, move for move. It’s one of their exercise regimes, and it’s clearly been practiced with gusto: the choreography is slick, and the moves are surprisingly tight. They’ve also performed one tune from Sister Act, dressed as nuns. Is that punishment, or pleasure?
