Timo Stammberger studied photography at the Ostkreuzschule in Berlin. His work is based around around urban culture. Through it he allows the viewer to see what is not clearly visible or quickly overlooked in everyday life. For his Underground Landscapes series, Stammberger photographs with or without permission the subway tunnels of Berlin, New York, Lisboa and Stockholm.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
