Turkish designer Meric Kara designed a series of flower pots that toys with the ways in which we attempt to control and possess nature via houseplants. The vessels that play on the ways in which the plants within them require and seek water as well as the ways in which they exist as objects of human admiration.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
