In the recent BBC documentary Victoria Wood’s Nice Cup Of Tea, Morrissey had an opinion about everything tea-related (‘Nobody ever says, I’ll make you a horrible cup of tea’) or not (‘The reason why Hitler didn’t get us was because of tea and nothing else’). It’s all perfectly mundane and completely fascinating at the same time. Watch out for the bit where his offensive mode is set off by Wood’s gift of a tea cosy.

This month sees the relaunch of Crabtree & Evelyn’s fine food range under a new packaging design by Smith and Milton. In response to a challenging brief to inject life and character back into the brand, Smith and Milton delved deep into the Crabtree & Evelyn archives and found generations of beautiful hand-drawn illustrations, reworking them into an opulent wrapping to deliver stunning results.

As tea geek, I could go on and on about the purity of the flavor found in Ineeka teas, and describe nuances in a vocabulary usually reserved for wine cellars.
