Artist Travis English made these amazing minimalist posters for all six Star Wars films. They’re good enough to make you want to watch the series through. Yes, this does mean sitting through The Phantom Menace again, but it almost seems worth it. Almost!

Ever notice that Spoonful of Sugar and The Imperial March (Darth Vader’s Theme) are eerily similar? This mash-up from statikluft combines video and audio from Mary Poppins and Star Wars, making a creepily convincing case that the beloved nanny may have a dark side. YouTube artist Stephanie Boone also contributes a chorus (along with Julie Andrews, of course.)

The amount of fan tributes to Star Wars must eclipse that of any other nerd extravaganza of the past thirty years. But of all them, this is the one scene that we wished had actually been in Mr Lucas’ imagination. Not too late for an edit?

Hailing from Waterloo, Iowa, freelance illustrator and designer Michael B. Myers Jr. has created this epic series of pixel Star Wars posters. We love.

I was as big a Star Wars fan as anyone else who grew up in the ’80s and I have fond memories of those films, but my enthusiasm for the franchise didn’t survive the first prequel. I honestly felt like George Lucas thought he could get away with spewing garbage across the screen because of how much mileage he got out of the original trilogy, and I could genuinely sense his disdain for his audience. This is why posts like this open letter to Mr. Lucas make me smile inside. He’s a jerk.

The hangar in the Death Star was one of my favorite design elements in Star Wars, so I’m really stoked someone paid homage to it in the form of a LEGO replica.
