His work is described as Donnie Darko meets Rob Zombie taking LSD. Nice. Simon Heard, aka SINAGE, takes influence from an awful holiday when he was just a small boy, which included a doomed barge trip, death via a quarry of rabbits full of mixamatoses, and getting left behind on the river bank: ‘This is my therapy and a way to rid the pain of the worst two weeks of my life, turning a very negative life experience into a positive one!’

An ongoing personal project encompassing my love of type, illustration and my favorite movies. These four complete sets of illustrative typefaces are the first of a series based on, and inspired by, the movies Ghostbusters, Gremlins, Shaun of the Dead, and Jurassic Park. Simon at Sinage Design states ‘I wanted to pick apart the films and include common memorable elements from each movie to create the full A-Z library’.
