The dreamy photographs of Rik Garrett feel as if they could be from a disturbing alternate universe. His unnerving, ethereal images are inspired by early glass plates and tintypes, and his own nightmares. Most of his work is done using the wet plate collodion method. He has also created a few beautiful hand-made books using photographic prints of his work.
