I love Superheros and I love religious iconography, so when saw this guy’s artwork, it was immediately a ‘why didn’t I think of that moment’. He takes statues and images of religious icons and gives them a Superhero makeover. They all look so comfortable in their new attire, too.

Eclectix has just published their new issue, Iconic, full of religious related art and culture, along with a mesmerizing group exhibition of all things related to God and Goddesses, altar art, pagan, shrines and religious imagery. Some holy and some un-holy, crossing all spiritual boundaries with artistic fervor.
