On this tour, I’ve often been playing with backing tracks and focusing on the visual presentation and lights. This past winter, a friend showed me this video and I was totally captured by it as both a song and as a visual piece. Light has become a bit of an interest to me over the past year or so, and she uses it wonderfully in this video for O Superman. Watch for Laurie’s hand-shadow to freeze, and later, the light in the mouth.
