I have been a long-time fan of Mathew Palladino’s paintings. Both technically precise and conceptually smart, his previous gallery efforts have been nothing short of amazing. On his flickr page is a preview for his upcoming solo show at San Francisco’s Eli Ridgeway Gallery called Sweet Relief.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
