The New York Chapter of the AIGA presents the first ever presentation by designer-artist Mario Hugo on March 26. Reknowned for his creative type designs and stunning illustrations for clients such as Warp Records, Dolce and Gabbana, Channel 4, and The Fader, this event promises to be inspiring and memorable.
Austrian photographer Reiner Riedler’s latest series — Fake Holidays — is based around the theme of simulation. It’s been exhibited at Kunsthalle Schirn in Frankfurt and will be released as a book later this year. Read more

How old must Kermit be now? Not to old to collaborate with skater-friendly retailer Supreme and photographer Terry Richardson. The Illuminated Sea Cookie Pin by Stephanie Simek mixes underwater wonders and light to add a little sparkle to your wardrobe. The sea cookie, a member of the sand dollar family, is back lit by a white LED. When turned on, the light illuminates all of the creature’s natural patterns and intricacies. Read more
