Starting on cello at the age of nine, Madigan Shive began her composing career at fifteen in the Pacific Northwest Riot Grrrl scene, releasing music with indie record labels K and Kill Rock Stars. Performing under the name Bonfire Madigan, Shive has established herself as a trailblazing performer, blending folk, art, punk, classical and avant-baroque styles. Her latest release, the Lady Saves EP, was produced by Shawn Biggs (Little Echoes) and features remixes by Neotropic and Dub I.D.
Nicolas Palmer captures candid images from strange worlds inaccessible to many and brings them to our attention through precision linework and vivid color. Palmer studies concept art, storyboarding and comics at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA. From graphite drawings to computer animation, Palmer’s surrealistic images travel the territory between cute and terrifying with unflagging boldness and whimsy. Read more

The Virtual Shoe Museum was initiated by Liza Snook in 2004. Once the idea was born, a long search began for designers, photographers and publishers connected to shoes. New friendships developed and their mailbox filled with loads of material on fantastic shoes, art and design on shoes. The Shoe featured above is the Electric Light Shoe by Strawberry Frog.
Cubed is a fun little game where you strategically manipulate various cubes to capture a flag posted on each level. It gets hard, don’t let the first couple levels fool you.

My roommate Adam and I have been playing Mark McGuire’s album, Pocket Full of Rain, all summer and some other tapes our other roommate has showed us that he did. I really like everything this guy has done. I sit and watch him play guitar on YouTube when I’m bored.
