A masterpiece created in a day? And it’s come to London. Now that’s what I’m talking about. Pablo Picasso’s exhibition at the Tate Britain features the Nude, Green Leaves and Bust. I’ve just been to see it, and it is truly inspirational. The 80 year old masterpiece of modern art is THE most expensive art work ever to be sold at auction. Its mystery bidder bought it for £66 million last year. I’ll grudgingly accept that as a late Christmas present!
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
