Jake and Dinos Chapman are on the same level as the South Park duo, as far as I’m concerned. I draw the parallel in my mind, but whether anyone would agree, I don’t know. It’s like they took every sketch I made as a kid and turned them into the most awesome play set ever. Their art is one of those things that just resonates with me. The sense of humor, the commentary, and the pure graphic overload will keep you engaged for days. I wish they would make a movie of this.

Says Van She bassist and vocalist Matt Van Schie about the Bush Tetras track — Too Many Creeps — from 1982: ‘I LOOOVE this tune. My friend Lenka Kripac, formerly of Aussie group Decoder Ring, now flying solo, has just released her debut single — The Show — and it’s as catchy a slice of pop hedonism as you’re ever going to hear. Be warned: one listen and you may never shake the melody.

Two of the nicest dudes I’ve ever met own and design the ridiculously cool clothing line, Kane & Unke. It’s pretty much all I have in my closet. They used to be sold exclusively at Metropark, but have recently fired up their own online store which I’m told will be up and running around July.
