To all the Health lovers out there still playing Get Color on infinite repeat, mix your playlist up a notch with a trippy Die Slow remix by Tobacco (of Black Moth Super Rainbow). This purposeful rework is pure art and definitely wasn’t produced for the sake of having a remix on a single – like most labels tend to do – which commonly turns out to be an inferior, superfluous and awfully sounding remix, anyway.

Sydney indie heroes (in the nicest possible way), The Paper Scissors (TPS to those that know the secret handshake) have made a video for their new single, The Bandit. And it’s good. Damn good.
This striking design — still in the planning stages — aims to covert a desolate, disused sand mine into a thriving environmental preserve and eco-resort. The development lists an impressive array of green designs, including living walls and a five-acre green roof, and effortlessly succeeds in that all important eco-feature of blending in with its surrounding environment. The indie, electronic pop duo Plastic Operator paired up whilst studying audio production at London’s Westminster University. In 2004, they released their first three track EP. Their music reminds me of bands like The Fashion, Crystal Castles and Cut Copy.
Dutch artist Sander Reijgers creates awesome hoodies, coats and tracksuits from recycled sex dolls. Let’s hope they’ve been well washed before he gets his hands on them. Read more
