Renowned German installation artist and sculptor Simon Schubert has created a lot of large-scale pieces, but his amazing images of architectural spaces created by carefully creasing and scoring paper have a huge wow-factor despite their smaller size. Read more
Incredibly talented six year old art prodigy Kieron Williamson paints stylistic watercolor landscapes. He captures light, shadows, and emotion years beyond his age. In fact, the only clue to how young he really is is his ‘wobbly signature’ on the paintings. Read more
We love this idea. When was the last time you sent a letter? Ivan Cash wants to do something about it. He’s kicked off a project to revive the art of actually handwriting letters. He’ll take any email you send him, handwrite it into a letter, then actually mail it to anywhere in the world. All for free. This art project only lasts a month, so get cracking. Read more

If you’re in New Orleans and you love barbeque, make sure to stop by The Joint in the Bywater neighborhood. Knit you and your sweetie a smitten this Valentine’s Day and marvel at the droves of strangers that will vomit at your feet.

Pitched as ‘Ulterior Motives in Contemporary Art’, Disorder Disorder is running until November 14 at Penrith Regional Gallery. This ‘communication prosthesis’ by designer Sascha Nordmeyer is hilarious and awesome. I want to wear one to a job interview.
Nerd-attack! Man, this TARDIS zipper robe is so much cooler than any Star Wars crap people are hawking this days. This is for the true gangsta nerd.
