René Gruau became one of the best known artists of the Haute Couture world during the 1940s and 50s, working with a variety of high-style magazines such as Marie-Claire and L’Officiel. But it was his creative collaboration with Christian Dior and the House of Dior that really sealed his reputation.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
