The Meyer dancers have been performing GoGo styled dance moves for about three years now. They were named after the king of indie cult films, Russ Meyer. Much loved in their native London, I got a chance to do a photo shoot with the lovely ladies recently.
No-one should be able to move like this. If his mum was chewing on slinkies whilst pregnant with him, it wouldn’t surprise me. Robot dancing, when it’s done well, looks so bizarre, so inhuman and, for the average person who tries it, so ridiculous.
