The Make Your Franklin community art project welcomes us all to reflect on culture. Artists of all shapes, tastes, styles and sizes are encouraged to submit their own re-creation of the American $100 bill; a symbol of modern society. There are no rules, so be invent and rebuild the bank note. Otherwise, go chew on some of the best entries adorning the site gallery.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
