London-based film magazine, Little White Lies, commissioned 22 illustrations inspired by classic films from one of cinema’s most aesthetically fruitful eras, the 1970s, all reimagined in the style of Little White Lies cover artwork. Artists involved include David Downton and Autumn Whitehurst, with Australian contributions from Craig Redman, Courtney Brims and We Buy Your Kids.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
