This necklace has been handmade in Italy by Paola Volpi. No longer are zips merely a functioning necessity for apparel, this unique necklace has been created from original gold zippers and thick transparent acrylic threading.

These rings are handmade in Italy by Ashanti Raffaele Cinzio and come in a set of three, shaped flat and polished in a brushed finish. One sterling silver, one yellow bronze and one rose bronze. The rings individually measure 2mm height on the thin side and raise gradually around the ring to a height of 50mm to the feature side. As a set, the total band width consistently measures 7mm.

These delicate sterling silver earrings have two hand hammered layers of silver with a soft white finish. In the center of each earring is a small peach moonstone. These earrings hang flatteringly close to the face on small sterling silver ear wires. Each earring measures 0.75 inches in diameter.

Using Kyoko Hashimoto’s popular design, these acrylic earrings are made with unique hand formed sterling silver sleepers that make them light enough for everyday wear. Part of Kyoko’s collection, I Blame the Uni, (pronounced ‘oo-nee’, the Japanese name for sea urchin) and inspired by her experiences in the underground club scene of Tokyo.

This beautiful necklace was handmade in Italy by Anna Lodi, who designed each original necklace from original Italian sheet music. She has adopted a paper-mache technique to create each bead, which is encapsulated by transparent glass-based resin.

Baltimore’s Teeth Mountain create pulsing, shamanistic, tribal-sounding tracks from a bunch of floor toms, cello, mandolins, keyboards, saws, and whatever else they can get their hands on. The chaotic music they make is noisy, roughly-hewn, and impulsive-sounding, but that seems to be the point. They’re trying to evoke a sort of post-apocalyptic primitivism. It will be interesting to see where this collective takes their aesthetic.
