The clip combines frantic, dancy individuals with ecstatic and emotive abstract animation, culminating in a free falling climax that is open for interpretation. The single will be officially launched […]
Louis Clichy (animator on Wall-e, Up and Ratatouille) directed this beautiful animation for the French band, Louise Attaque. It’s very interesting to see how he links one scene to another to tell us the story. It feels like they belong together, the music and the video: both rough, dirty and rhythmic.
Written and directed by Danae Diaz and Patricia Luna, with music by German band Brandt Brauer Frick, this is a beautifully animated video.
Oh, sweet animation, how we love you so. This spectacular journey begins in ‘Edinburgh’s iconic West Bow’ before wandering ‘through a desolate magical forest as the sunset leads to starlight’. Clearly inspired by Franz Kafka’s stories and William Blake’s symbolism. Oh, and the music owns, too. Sweeeeetttt!
We love this low-fi, black and white illustrated video for the new Darwin Deez song, Bad Day, as brilliantly spiteful a track as you’ll ever hear. Guys, take note! This is one to send onto the recent ex. The song is from his upcoming album, to be released on Lucky Number.
