Seen on Retronaut: some very awesome pictures circa 1905 of bulldogs clad in human costumes. These are from the Library of Congress, which in turn has these as part of its Detroit Publishing Company photograph collection. The bulldogs look just like the grumpy old men and women they’re dressed like.
