Providing high concept lifestyle products across the mediums of art, music, film, design, urban culture and high fashion, Cipher is drawing focus to Hong Kong’s culture through their project Big City, Bright Lights. The project involves a mix-tape featuring ten Hong Kong artists, producing ten tracks, lasting ten minutes. The intention is to exhibit ‘the contrast, the inspiration and the diversity that exists in this dynamic city’.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
