I firmly believe that this man is a musical genius in every respect. After coming across this on Bandcamp, what I got was one heart wrenching ballad after another, slowly wearing down my hardened ears and cooing me tearful and weary into a reminiscing EMO coma.

City and Colour are one of those side projects that should be treated as a separate entity to the original band. Their second album is not far from release and, listening to the dribs and drabs that are floating about on the radio and online, Dallas Green has impressed me again with his unyielding and infallible vocal work.

I love Bright Eyes. The new album is real cool and they did an excellent stream with this camera shot in this room. Good listen and watch. It has this great intro about some reptilian conspiracy thing. The guy chats about it for a while to this crazy synth ambience. Pretty scary, really.
