When we tour anywhere outside of Melbourne, I generally feel pretty lost for café options. Except in Brisbane. Apples on Ainsworth is an amazing little café tucked away in Salisbury, about 20 minutes from the central business district. They have awesome coffee and ridiculously good breakfasts. Yes, the thought of the chilli relish on the eggs is actually making my mouth water. Yum.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
