The Last Myself is a project about the tautology of watching one’s own reflection in the mirror while saying one’s own name. It’s an exploration how your identity reveals itself through the echo of repetition. You are invited to repeat your name in front of the mirror while recording yourself with the camera, staying open to the revelations that will follow.
FOR CREATIVE INSPIRATION
In partnership with our friends at Optus, we present the third in a three part Lost At E Minor video series that puts the spotlight on some young, handpicked Australian creatives, doing inspirational things within their chosen fields. Episode Three features 16-year old Melbourne-based producer, Gab Strum (aka Japanese Wallpaper), who has racked up thousands of plays over the past year or so via a number of well-blogged remixes ranging from City Calm Down and The Townhouses to bootlegs of The xx and Bon Iver.
