Victoria Lucas’ and Richard William Wheater’s year-long project began on Feb 14 in 2011 and ended on the same day this year, with neon glass letters starkly declaring famous lines from songs such as Amy Winehouse’s Love is a Losing Game and Ian Dury and the Blockheads’ Wake Up and Make Love With Me.
