It’s really refreshing to see a site about dogs that’s not all cute and fluffy (like a small, annoying white dog). Dogs bite! Lets celebrate that every now and then. Four&Sons features interesting stuff about interesting dogs and interesting humans. I can’t help but wonder if the dogs featured in all the weird and wonderful circumstances actually realize where they are, what they are doing, and how lucky some of them are.
I always find something interesting when Josh Gurrie has his dirty mitts all over it. Gurrie is an artist/interesting mind living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, who I had the pleasure of working with here in Australia. A creepy mind that drives pencil, paint and anything close by to create loose perfection. He’s legit, humble and still doing it.
I really like this site. I like the way they see the world: it’s nice content that’s carefully curated. Shot really well, written really well, and a site that’s not annoying: take it or leave it, they put it out there for themselves first and foremost. Well worth having a sniff around.
