Designer Andy Hilton over at Swinglab has produced the ultimate modular swing. By simply moving the seat back, the swing allows you to recline alone or sway with a friend on a nice day. The modern design boasts a sturdy steel frame topped with cypress decking at a price that is very attractive. Each swing has a high attention to detail and would make a nice addition to any outdoor living space.

This is something I plan on purchasing in the near future. It is a clever little thermostat with a mind of its own. It apparently picks up on your habits and adjust itself accordingly. It remembers when you wake up and knows when you’re gone. The best part is that you can control it from your smart phone. At around $250, it seems like a great investment.

It’s hard to know where to start with 3D Printing. I know one thing for sure, it is no doubt going to go down as the biggest damn thing since the invention of movable type. This new article claims that they can now print pharmaceuticals. Which, let’s face it, is just scary. I don’t want to imagine a world where kids are sitting around printing up cocktails of party drugs that they downloaded from the Internet. But apparently it’s coming.
