Tales of great floods, juke joints, and small town eccentrics have all inspired my most recent artwork. The images are the characters, events, and places I have casually encountered while growing up in Mississippi. An urban street influence has somehow bled through and mixed with my passion for folk to create works that some have described as urban folk art.
Designer Andy Hilton over at Swinglab has produced the ultimate modular swing. By simply moving the seat back, the swing allows you to recline alone or sway with a friend on a nice day. The modern design boasts a sturdy steel frame topped with cypress decking at a price that is very attractive. Each swing has a high attention to detail and would make a nice addition to any outdoor living space.
